Physical Education - Year 10 and 11 Core PE

In Year 10 and 11 students participate in one hour a week of Core PE. Students are taught a variety of sports and fitness activities to educate them on the importance of staying physical active and leading a healthier life when they leave school.

The students rotate units every four lessons to get a broad knowledge of a variety of sports and fitness activities.

Dance, Table Tennis, Tennis, Trampolining, Football, Basketball, Cricket, Handball, Hockey, Netball, Rugby Union, Aerobics, Zumba, Boxercise, Clubercise, Circuits, Running and Yoga.
