Languages (Spanish) - Year 9

In Year 9, the students continue to study Spanish for 3 hours per fortnight. Studio 3 is the principal textbook, however we will begin to transition to using GCSE style resources to allow for smooth progression to KS4.

Students have 2 Student Tracking exam windows during the year, in Spanish and they are used to assess the students' progress in the skills of Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. Following the exams, students are given back their papers so that their teacher can go through the paper with them, in order to help students understand what they need to do to improve.
